Q.    Who can be nominated to the BBQHOF?
A.    Anyone can be nominated by anyone without restrictions other than this general statement as a guideline.  "Nominees should be considered if that individual has a long history of contributing to barbecue."  We are looking for the people that have made great strides in their respective field, for their accomplishments and contributions in the field of barbecue.  All nominations will be logged and the number of nominations for an individual many influence future inductions.

Q.    When the nominations are sent in, what does the committee consider, before passing someone on the Board of Acceptance. 
A.    The committee attempts to verify that the "general statement" listed above is true.  They may do additional research on the individual if necessary.  If the members of the committee recommends that the individual is worthy of inclusion into the BBQHOF then the application is passed to the Board of Acceptance.
